Mouthwashing is a first-person, narrative driven psychological horror game set in a freight ship carrying who knows what.  The narrative unfolds rapidly, swapping between timelines and two protagonists.  The freighter ship crashes and the crew is stranded in space with no way to contact the company they work for to save them.  The captain is injured severely and what transpires next goes to darker and more mature places than you might expect.  Mouthwashing is a deeply thematic game with something to say.  To go into detail about these themes would be to spoil it.  I highly recommend you play this game without reading any spoilers because it is quite the trip.  The adventure is only 3 hours long so this is an easy recommendation to anyone that enjoys narrative based games that tackle serious, disturbing, and mature themes.  This is a game for adults, and the game treats you as such.  Those weak of stomach or easily offended, avoid this game at all costs.
